Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully hollow out the mini pumpkins, removing seeds and strands.
  3. In a skillet, brown your ground beef or turkey for 6-8 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked meat with cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
  5. Fold in shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed pumpkins, pressing down gently.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pumpkins are tender and dip is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool before serving with tortilla chips, veggies, or breadsticks.
