For the Noodles
  • 200 grams Any Noodles spaghetti, udon, rice noodles, or ramen
For the Peanut Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Peanut Butter creamy
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Oil adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar can substitute with Chinese black vinegar
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions sliced

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil water in a large pot, add noodles, and cook according to package instructions (4-5 minutes).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, chili oil, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  3. Drain the cooked noodles in a colander without rinsing, and return them to the pot.
  4. Pour the peanut sauce over the noodles and mix well.
  5. For creaminess, add 1-2 tablespoons of hot noodle cooking water and mix gently.
  6. Garnish with additional chili oil, cilantro, and green onions before serving.
