  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil Use sparingly.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Honey can be used as a natural sweetener.
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper Can substitute with black pepper.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
  2. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In the same wok, stir-fry red bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add garlic, ginger, and white parts of green onions to the wok and cook until fragrant.
  6. Combine chicken, noodles, and sauce in the wok, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Plate and garnish with green onion tops, serve immediately.
