  2. Cut the steak into 1-inch chunks, coat with marinade, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high, about 400°F (200°C), for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated steak onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers and onion pieces.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Remove kabobs from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
