- Mix salsa with taco seasoning, then spread 1 cup of the mixture across the bottom of the greased dish.
- Layer 7 tostadas over the salsa, add half of the creamy beans, half of the scallions, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Repeat the layers with another cup of salsa, remaining tostadas, remaining beans, remaining scallions, and another cup of cheese, adding extra salsa on top.
