- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece of biscuit dough into a flat, round shape, about ¼ inch thick.
- Lightly dust two baking sheets with cornmeal and place each rolled-out dough round on the sheets, spaced 1 inch apart.
- Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto each dough round and spread it evenly, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each mini pizza.
- Add your choice of toppings to each pizza, arranging them artfully.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and let cool slightly before serving warm.
