Sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Pizza Sauce or marinara sauce
Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese can swap with provolone or cheddar
Toppings
  • Toppings (e.g., Pepperoni, Bell Peppers, Olives) personalize as desired

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece of biscuit dough into a flat, round shape, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Lightly dust two baking sheets with cornmeal and place each rolled-out dough round on the sheets, spaced 1 inch apart.
  4. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto each dough round and spread it evenly, leaving a small border.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each mini pizza.
  6. Add your choice of toppings to each pizza, arranging them artfully.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and let cool slightly before serving warm.
