- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix these ingredients with your hands until just incorporated; be careful not to overmix.
- Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to the meat mixture. Gently stir until everything is evenly combined but still slightly loose.
- Transfer your meat mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and form it into an 8-inch loaf.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
