Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix these ingredients with your hands until just incorporated; be careful not to overmix.
  2. Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to the meat mixture. Gently stir until everything is evenly combined but still slightly loose.
  3. Transfer your meat mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and form it into an 8-inch loaf.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ketchup with brown sugar if desired, then spread this glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Carefully place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and cook for 25–30 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes.
