Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Combine ground beef with garlic and onion powder in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Roll the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and cut into squares large enough to line the muffin cups.
  5. Press each square of dough into the greased muffin tin to form cups.
  6. Place one meatball in each crescent cup and drizzle BBQ sauce on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the dough is golden brown and meatballs are cooked through.
  8. If using cheese, sprinkle it over the cups during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before serving with BBQ sauce or ranch dressing.
