Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely minced onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide the meat mixture evenly among the prepared muffin tin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  4. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Brush the tops generously with Smoky Bourbon BBQ sauce after baking.
  6. Prepare your creamy mashed potatoes while the meatloaf cupcakes cool slightly.
  7. Spoon or pipe a generous dollop of mashed potatoes on top of each cupcake.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mashed potato topping, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
