- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a 33×23 cm (9×13-inch) baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, pineapple juice, and optional ground cloves. Whisk until smooth.
- Spread the diced ham evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish. Add pineapple chunks on top.
- Pour the glaze over the ham and pineapple, and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm.
