Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a 33×23 cm (9×13-inch) baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, pineapple juice, and optional ground cloves. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Spread the diced ham evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish. Add pineapple chunks on top.
  4. Pour the glaze over the ham and pineapple, and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm.
