- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and green bell pepper for 4-5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Remove the skillet and cool mixture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a greased baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
- To prepare the glaze, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Creole mustard together. Spread over the top of the meatloaf.
