Ingredients
  

For the Roll Ups
  • 8 oz Roast Beef deli-style or from leftovers
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Provolone choose based on preference
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter for brushing
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt & Pepper for seasoning

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble each tortilla with roast beef and shredded cheese in the center, leaving space at the edges.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom, tucking in the sides as you go and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush melted butter over each roll up and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until tortillas are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Simmer beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes to create au jus.
  7. Slice roll ups into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with the au jus.
