Preparation Steps
- Cook chosen grains according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes.
- Whisk together teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger. Cut salmon into cubes and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Wash and slice vegetables. Combine with sesame oil and rice vinegar; toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake marinated salmon for about 10 minutes until flaky or cook in an air fryer at 350°F for 6 minutes.
- Mix Greek yogurt, Sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar to create the yogurt sauce.
- Assemble bowls with warm grains, veggies, salmon, avocado, and drizzle with yogurt sauce. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
