  • 3 tablespoons Honey The star of the dish.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
For the Add-Ins
  • 4 slices Bacon Crumble after cooking.
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries Can substitute with raisins.
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Can substitute with goat cheese.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts and cubed butternut squash. Drizzle with olive oil and honey, season with salt and pepper, and toss well.
  3. Spread vegetable mixture on the baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle crumbled bacon and dried cranberries over the warm vegetables, and stir gently to combine.
  5. Top with crumbled feta cheese just before serving.
