- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a stand mixer, combine mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, ground mustard, salt, and black pepper. Beat for 3–5 minutes until mostly smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, sliced pimentos, and chopped green onion using a spatula.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top flat for even baking.
