  • 1 3.5 oz Sliced Pimentos Roasted red peppers are a great substitute.
  • 1 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion Leeks can be used if onions aren’t your thing.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, ground mustard, salt, and black pepper. Beat for 3–5 minutes until mostly smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, sliced pimentos, and chopped green onion using a spatula.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top flat for even baking.
  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with crackers, chips, or veggies.
