Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Wash and cut the red potatoes into large, bite-sized pieces.

  4. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, dried minced onion, and 3 tbsp of Parmesan cheese over potatoes and mix until coated.
  5. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the slow cooker and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Set the slow cooker to low for 5 to 6 hours, or up to 7 hours for softer texture.
  7. Check for doneness around the 5-hour mark; potatoes should be tender.
  8. During the last hour, sprinkle an additional ½ cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Serve once the cheese has melted and potatoes are bubbling.
