Method
 

Burger Preparation
  1. Begin by dividing one pound of ground beef into four equal portions. Shape each portion into patty forms, making them slightly larger than your chosen buns.
  2. Generously season both sides of each burger patty with salt and freshly cracked pepper. Let the seasoned patties rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat, adding a light coating of oil. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and sear the other side.
  4. About one minute before the patties are done, lay a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of each patty and cover to melt.
  5. Remove the patties from heat and let them rest for a minute. Spread a generous layer of creamy peanut butter on the bottom of your burger buns or lettuce wraps.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on the peanut butter-coated bun, adding several slices of crispy bacon and a drizzle of sweet pepper relish.
