Burger Preparation
- Begin by dividing one pound of ground beef into four equal portions. Shape each portion into patty forms, making them slightly larger than your chosen buns.
- Generously season both sides of each burger patty with salt and freshly cracked pepper. Let the seasoned patties rest for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat, adding a light coating of oil. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and sear the other side.
- About one minute before the patties are done, lay a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of each patty and cover to melt.
- Remove the patties from heat and let them rest for a minute. Spread a generous layer of creamy peanut butter on the bottom of your burger buns or lettuce wraps.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on the peanut butter-coated bun, adding several slices of crispy bacon and a drizzle of sweet pepper relish.

Notes
Experiment with different toppings or relishes to find your favorite combinations. Ensure patties are larger than buns to account for shrinkage during cooking.
