Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the beef chuck roast chunks generously with salt and pepper. Allow to rest.
  2. In your slow cooker, layer the seasoned beef, onions, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Carefully pour in the beef broth and water, then add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in baby spinach and allow it to wilt for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve beef and broth over cooked ramen noodles and garnish with green onions.
  8. Top with soft-boiled eggs and drizzle with sriracha or chili oil if desired.
