Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the skin from the salmon and cube it into bite-sized pieces. Combine salmon with teriyaki sauce and salt, and let it meld for 10 minutes.
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer cooked sushi rice evenly. Spoon the salmon mixture over the rice, then sprinkle garlic powder and brown sugar on top.
  3. Broil the baking dish for approximately 6 minutes until the salmon is caramelized and cooked through.
