- Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions and shape each into patties about ¾ inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Let it heat for about 2 minutes.
- Place the patties in the hot skillet. Cook them for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes on the other side.
- Check for doneness, ensuring juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let the burgers rest for a minute before serving.
