Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth and well-blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until thoroughly coated.
  3. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts in a single layer.
  4. Pour the creamy soup mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the buttery Ritz cracker mixture over the top of the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until chicken is tender and reaches 165°F.
  7. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top before serving.
  8. Ladle onto plates and serve with rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes.

Notes
