Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up and cooking for 5–7 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and Ro-Tel into the skillet. Let simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  3. In the slow cooker, combine the cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Fold the beef mixture into the creamy sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours. Stir halfway through.
  6. Serve over a bed of Fritos, top with extra cheese and toppings of choice.
