- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 13x9-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Layer the bottom of the prepared pan with graham crackers.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl and gradually incorporate into the buttery mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until just combined.
- Spread the cookie dough evenly over the graham cracker layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean or with some moist crumbs.
- Immediately sprinkle Hershey's chocolate bars over the warm bars and let cool for 20-30 minutes.
- Lift the bars from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
