Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 13x9-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Layer the bottom of the prepared pan with graham crackers.
  3. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl and gradually incorporate into the buttery mixture.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until just combined.
  6. Spread the cookie dough evenly over the graham cracker layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean or with some moist crumbs.
  8. Immediately sprinkle Hershey's chocolate bars over the warm bars and let cool for 20-30 minutes.
  9. Lift the bars from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
