  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 medium Sweet Potatoes Can substitute with butternut squash.
For the Creaminess
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1 medium Avocado Can substitute with hummus or tahini.
For the Kick
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Honey Can substitute with regular honey mixed with chili flakes.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and chop two medium sweet potatoes into uniform 1-inch cubes. Arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
  3. While the sweet potatoes are roasting, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add one pound of lean ground beef and cook for 7-10 minutes until browned and crumbly.
  4. Once the beef is cooked through, season it with salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. To assemble the bowls, layer the roasted sweet potatoes, then spoon the seasoned ground beef over them.
  6. Top each bowl with cottage cheese and avocado slices.
  7. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with chili flakes and green onions.
