  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt Vegan alternatives can be used.
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder Adjust according to heat preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. In a food processor, combine fresh minced garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and sour cream. Blend until smooth and well-mixed.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp seasoned with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Sauté the shrimp for about 5-7 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage with a generous portion of the garlic cilantro lime sauce. Toss until the cabbage is well coated.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  5. On each warm tortilla, layer the cooked shrimp, creamy avocado slices, and garlic cilantro lime slaw. Drizzle remaining sauce over the top.
