Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once melted, add ¼ cup of chopped green onions, ½ cup of diced red bell pepper, and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender and fragrant.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of thawed and well-drained spinach and 8 ounces of cream cheese into the skillet. Mix until the cream cheese melts and combines smoothly. Then, add salt, pepper, ¼ cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, ½ cup of chopped water chestnuts, and ¼ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). On a baking sheet, unroll one package of crescent roll dough, sealing seams. Spread an even layer of the spinach dip filling over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border. Unroll the second package and place it over the filling, sealing edges tightly.
