Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather silicone skull molds and place mozzarella balls within them.
  2. Bake the mozzarella-filled molds for 6 minutes until slightly soft.
  3. Remove the molds and gently press down on the cheese to enhance skull details. Cool in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine salad greens with olive oil and optionally lemon juice. Toss gently.
  5. Layer sliced cherry tomatoes on top of dressed greens, then place skull mozzarella and scatter fresh basil.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and finish with flaky sea salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
