- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather silicone skull molds and place mozzarella balls within them.
- Bake the mozzarella-filled molds for 6 minutes until slightly soft.
- Remove the molds and gently press down on the cheese to enhance skull details. Cool in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine salad greens with olive oil and optionally lemon juice. Toss gently.
- Layer sliced cherry tomatoes on top of dressed greens, then place skull mozzarella and scatter fresh basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and finish with flaky sea salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
