- Fold in the floured strawberries and transfer to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, checking with a skewer for doneness.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Mash strawberries with powdered sugar and vanilla to prepare the icing.
- Drizzle glaze over the cooled bread and allow to set before slicing.
