Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Stuffed Mushroom Eyeballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems, finely chopping them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped stems with cream cheese, sausage, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mushroom caps with the filling using a small spoon.
