- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, orange marmalade, and Dijon mustard until smooth and well combined.
- Score the ham surface in a diamond pattern and insert whole cloves into each diamond.
- Place the ham cut side down in the roasting pan and bake uncovered for about 2 hours.
- Brush the ham with glaze and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
