Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, orange marmalade, and Dijon mustard until smooth and well combined.
  3. Score the ham surface in a diamond pattern and insert whole cloves into each diamond.
  4. Place the ham cut side down in the roasting pan and bake uncovered for about 2 hours.
  5. Brush the ham with glaze and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Let the ham rest for 10 to 20 minutes before carving.
