Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Add the chicken pieces and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the cornstarch coating by seasoning it with salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Set aside.
  3. Remove the chicken from the fridge, drain excess marinade, and dredge each piece in the seasoned cornstarch.
