- In a large saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- Once the butter has melted, add 10 ounces of marshmallows, stirring constantly until smooth and gooey.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; mix thoroughly.
- Fold in 6 cups of Fruity Pebbles and 1 cup of white chocolate chips until everything is evenly coated.
- Mix in a few drops of food coloring if desired, stirring gently.
- Prepare a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and press the mixture down firmly into it.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
