Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-6 minutes; mix with the sausage.
  4. Spread frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked sausage and bacon over the tater tots, then sprinkle cubed ham on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the layered ingredients.
  7. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients evenly.
  9. Top with additional crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the egg is set and the top is golden.
  11. Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares and serving warm.
