- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes.

- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients evenly.
- Top with additional crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the egg is set and the top is golden.
