- In a medium bowl, whisk together ½ cup of milk and 1 large egg until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of panko bread crumbs, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
