Burger Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, gluten-free breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper, mixing gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, ensuring they are about ¾ inch thick.
- Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes and lightly oil the surface.
- Carefully place the turkey patties on the hot surface. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the patties are cooking, whisk together creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha in a small bowl.
- To assemble, spread peanut sauce on the bottom bun, add a cooked turkey patty, drizzle with more sauce, and layer with fresh veggies. Top with the final bun.
- Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.

Notes
Avoid overmixing the patty ingredients to maintain a juicy texture. Store leftovers correctly to enjoy them later.
