Ingredients
  

For the Patties
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey or ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs gluten-free if needed
  • 2 whole Green Onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil or olive oil

For the Creamy Peanut Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter or almond butter for nut allergies
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup for vegan option

  • 4 buns Burger Buns gluten-free if needed
  • 1 cup Vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, red onion, chopped

Method
 

Burger Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, gluten-free breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper, mixing gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, ensuring they are about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes and lightly oil the surface.
  4. Carefully place the turkey patties on the hot surface. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. While the patties are cooking, whisk together creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha in a small bowl.
  6. To assemble, spread peanut sauce on the bottom bun, add a cooked turkey patty, drizzle with more sauce, and layer with fresh veggies. Top with the final bun.
  7. Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.
