  1. Wash and slice about 6-8 ripe peaches, removing the pits. Combine with ¾ cup of sugar and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cornstarch over the peaches and stir gently. Pour into a prepared baking dish.
