- Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C) and prepare an 8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or foil.
- In a food processor, combine Golden Oreos and melted unsalted butter until resembling fine crumbs. Press firmly into the bottom of the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Chop dried pineapple into bite-sized pieces and process macadamia nuts until they resemble coarse crumbs. Set aside.
- Once the crust has cooled, layer half of the white chocolate chips, chopped pineapple, sweetened coconut, and processed macadamia nuts. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the layer.
- Increase oven temperature to 350°F (177°C) and bake the assembled bars for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown at the edges.
- Allow bars to cool completely before slicing. For best results, chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
