Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C) and prepare an 8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or foil.
  2. In a food processor, combine Golden Oreos and melted unsalted butter until resembling fine crumbs. Press firmly into the bottom of the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Chop dried pineapple into bite-sized pieces and process macadamia nuts until they resemble coarse crumbs. Set aside.
  4. Once the crust has cooled, layer half of the white chocolate chips, chopped pineapple, sweetened coconut, and processed macadamia nuts. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the layer.
  5. Increase oven temperature to 350°F (177°C) and bake the assembled bars for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown at the edges.
  6. Allow bars to cool completely before slicing. For best results, chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
