Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rigatoni and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the Italian sausage and ground beef over medium heat, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine rigatoni, meat, marinara sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir well.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 15-20 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
