Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add olive oil (or vegan butter) to the dry mix and pulse again for about 15 seconds.
  4. Slowly pour in cold water, one tablespoon at a time, pulsing after each addition until a loose dough forms.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into shapes.
  6. Use a fork to dot the centers of each cracker for texture.
  7. Transfer the cut crackers onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-17 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes.
