- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the dry ingredients and pulse for about 30 seconds until well blended.
- Add olive oil (or vegan butter) to the dry mix and pulse again for about 15 seconds.
- Slowly pour in cold water, one tablespoon at a time, pulsing after each addition until a loose dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into shapes.
- Use a fork to dot the centers of each cracker for texture.
- Transfer the cut crackers onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-17 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes.
