  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Fresh for best results
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil Fresh for best results
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar Can substitute with white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard Optional
For the Wraps
  • 4 large Wraps Burrito-sized or gluten-free
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Shredded, optional

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the lettuce by chopping it and rinsing under cold water. Let it dry.
  2. Finely dice the red onion, salami, pepperoni, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and peperoncini. Add to the mixing bowl with the lettuce.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until emulsified.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Let the salad rest for 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Assemble the wraps by laying out the wraps and scooping the salad mixture into the center.
  7. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure the filling. Place seam-side down.
