- In a food processor, add the whole milk ricotta, olive oil, salt, fresh chopped rosemary, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Pulse briefly to combine.
- Zest one lemon, then squeeze out its juice. Add both to the food processor.
- Blend everything on high for about 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend again until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate if making ahead.
- Warm the remaining honey in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds before serving.
- Garnish with cracked pepper and additional lemon zest. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
