  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest Zest before juicing.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh juice is best.
For the Sweet Touch
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Warm for easier drizzling.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper Optional but recommended.
For Serving
  • 1 bag Baguette or Crackers For dipping.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add the whole milk ricotta, olive oil, salt, fresh chopped rosemary, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Pulse briefly to combine.
  2. Zest one lemon, then squeeze out its juice. Add both to the food processor.
  3. Blend everything on high for about 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend again until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate if making ahead.
  5. Warm the remaining honey in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds before serving.
  6. Garnish with cracked pepper and additional lemon zest. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
