  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint (finely chopped) or substitute with basil or parsley

Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil along with oregano, sea salt, fresh mint, and garlic.
  2. Using a whisk, blend the ingredients gently for about 30 seconds, then increase speed and whisk for another 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice or salt if desired.
  4. Use immediately over salads or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
