Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Ginger Dressing
  1. In a blender, combine ¼ cup of rice wine vinegar with ¼ cup of water. Blend on medium speed for about 10 seconds until fully mixed.
  2. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in ½ cup of sesame oil and ½ cup of olive oil. Continue blending for another 20-30 seconds until smooth and emulsified.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of minced ginger, 1 clove of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder to the blender. Blend everything together on high for about 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste and if desired, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to balance the acidity. Blend for a few more seconds to combine.
  5. Transfer your freshly made Ginger Dressing into a glass jar or airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
  6. After chilling, your Ginger Dressing is ready to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
