  1. In a medium bowl, add ½ cup of tahini, the juice and zest of one lemon, 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of za'atar. Using a whisk, mix vigorously for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Begin incorporating 175 ml of water into the tahini mixture slowly, whisking continuously to blend.
  3. Assess the thickness of your Zesty Za'atar Dressing after the initial water addition. If it’s too thick for your liking, continue to whisk in more water, a tablespoon at a time.
  4. Once you’re satisfied with the consistency, taste your dressing and adjust the flavor. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper, stirring well to incorporate.
